Quick Question about Sephora Returns!

Hi all,

Sorry for the quick post but I have a quick question:

If I have something I bought from Sephora (never opened or used) and I do not have the receipt, is there anyway they can look it up on the computer to exchange for something else?

I should know the answer to this... any advice?
